  • Nutrition and lifestyle habits
  • Overuse from exercise or occupational movement
  • Poor posture
  • Repetitive strenuous activity

With regular exercise, good eating habits, and following through with scheduled doctor visits, one can lessen the risks by simply keeping a healthy routine and being aware of any changes in our bodies.

What are the Symptoms Associated With Spinal Disorders?
