Tarrant County is the third most populous county in Texas, with about 2.1 million residents counted in 2020, and Fort Worth is the county seat. Each clinic keeps its own schedule. Bedford is open every weekday, Grapevine has split weekday hours plus Saturday from 9 to 11 am, Fort Worth is open Tuesday and Thursday from 10 am to 4 pm, and Arlington books by phone. The county's big corridors include I-20, I-30, I-35W and I-820, plus SH 121 and SH 183 through the Mid-Cities, where the North Tarrant Express added TEXpress lanes. Part of DFW Airport lies in Grapevine and Euless. For serious injuries, JPS Health Network and Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth are Level I trauma centers, and emergency care always comes before a clinic visit. Tarrant County patients can ask for whichever of the four clinics fits their week when they call, and injured workers and crash patients receive detailed visit documentation for their insurer, employer's carrier or attorney with written authorization.
