Spine Health & Wellness provides conservative, evidence-based chiropractic, rehabilitation and medical care for patients from Fort Worth and across Tarrant County.

Our Fort Worth clinic is on the north side of the city at 4040 Fossil Creek Boulevard, Suite 104, in a two story office building with plenty of surface parking near the interchange of I-35W and North Loop 820. From downtown Fort Worth it is about 8 miles north, a straight run up I-35W. Patients in east Fort Worth sometimes prefer Bedford, about 13 miles away, and south side residents may choose Arlington, about 14 miles.

The Fort Worth clinic keeps limited posted hours: Tuesday and Thursday, 10 am to 4 pm. Fort Worth is headquarters to American Airlines, BNSF Railway and Bell Textron, and the Stockyards draw visitors all year, so the city has a large workforce and a lot of traffic. If Tuesday and Thursday do not work, Bedford is open every weekday.

What are the hours at the Fort Worth clinic on Fossil Creek Boulevard?
The Spine Health & Wellness Fort Worth clinic posts hours on Tuesday and Thursday from 10 am to 4 pm. It is at 4040 Fossil Creek Boulevard, Suite 104, near I-35W and North Loop 820. If you need care on another weekday, the Bedford clinic, about 13 miles from downtown Fort Worth, is open Monday through Friday.

Reasonably so. The clinic is about 8 miles north of downtown Fort Worth on I-35W, so the drive from the Stockyards or downtown is mostly freeway. Can Fort Worth airline, rail or aviation workers be treated for on the job injuries?
Yes. Spine Health & Wellness treats back, neck and shoulder injuries from lifting, loading, maintenance and long hours of standing, which are common in Fort Worth's airline, rail and aviation jobs. Most private employers fall under Texas workers' compensation, while federal employees use FECA. Tell the team which applies when you call.
