Spine Health & Wellness serves patients from communities across Dallas, Tarrant, Denton and Collin counties, including Irving, Las Colinas, Coppell, Carrollton, Plano, Bedford, Hurst, Euless, Grapevine, Southlake, Flower Mound, Arlington, Grand Prairie, Fort Worth, Keller and Saginaw. Six clinics in Irving, Bedford, Grapevine, Arlington, Carrollton and Fort Worth keep care within a reasonable drive.

How do I choose which clinic to visit?

Choose a Spine Health & Wellness clinic by weighing drive time from home or work, the days and hours you can come in, and whether you need a specific treatment. Irving and Bedford keep full weekday hours, Grapevine adds Saturday mornings, and Fort Worth is open Tuesdays and Thursdays. Call for Arlington and Carrollton hours.

For a plan with several visits a week, a clinic near your workplace is often easier to keep up with than one near home. You can also ask about splitting visits between two clinics when schedules allow, since all six are part of one practice.
