Doctors of chiropractic, a medical director, a family nurse practitioner and a licensed physical therapist work together to provide conservative, evidence-based, non-surgical care for spine, joint and injury pain.
The practice was founded by Dr. Gregory H. Stowe, a Doctor of Chiropractic with a background in sports therapy, rehabilitation and the assessment of traumatic musculoskeletal injuries. Dr. Jason Kouri, MD, serves as Medical Director and heads the diagnostic and treatment protocols our providers follow.
With clinics on both the Dallas and Fort Worth sides of the metroplex, most patients can be seen close to home or work. Requests made online are answered by a patient coordinator by the next business day, and the main office in Irving can be reached at (972) 556-5667.
Who does Spine Health & Wellness help?
Spine Health & Wellness helps adults with neck pain, back pain, headaches, sciatica, whiplash and disc problems, people hurt in car accidents and other accidents, injured workers, athletes with sports injuries, and patients rebuilding strength after joint replacement surgery. Patients come from more than 30 communities across Dallas, Tarrant, Denton and Collin counties.
Some patients arrive with a fresh injury and want a clear diagnosis and a plan. Others have lived with pain for years and have tried other options. Both are welcome, and both start the same way, with a careful exam.
Care is built around getting you back to the things you actually want to do, whether that is a full shift on your feet, a round of golf, lifting your kids or sleeping through the night. Your goals are written into the plan and checked at each re-exam.

What happens at my first visit, and how does insurance work?
Your first visit includes a health history, a physical exam with range-of-motion, orthopedic and neurological testing, imaging when indicated, and a clear explanation of what your provider found and recommends. Spine Health & Wellness accepts most major insurance plans, so please call (972) 556-5667 to confirm your coverage before you come in.
Completing your intake paperwork online beforehand shortens your time in the waiting room. After an accident or work injury, bring your claim information, since care may be covered through that claim instead of health insurance.
If you can, bring a list of medications, past imaging reports and a few notes about when your pain started and what makes it better or worse.
